The Process
How Financing Works
From inspection to installation, here’s what the financing process looks like when you work with Remedy Roofworks:
Get Your Free Estimate
Our local team will inspect your roof and provide you with a detailed, itemized estimate for the recommended work. You’ll know exactly what needs to be done and what it costs before we talk about anything else.
Check Your Options
If financing makes sense for your situation, we’ll walk you through the application with our lending partner. Pre-qualification is fast, and checking your options doesn’t affect your credit score.
Choose Your Terms
Once your application is approved, you’ll be presented with the loan options you qualify for. Choose the monthly payment and term that works for your budget. We’ll answer any questions before you sign anything.
Our Team Gets to Work
Once your financing is in place, we’ll schedule your project and complete the work. Funds are released to us upon project completion, and you don’t pay anything until the job is done to your satisfaction.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Financing Options
Straight answers to the questions homeowners ask most before applying for financing with Remedy Roofworks.
Will applying for financing affect my credit score?
Pre-qualification, which is the first step in checking your options, typically uses a soft credit inquiry and does not affect your credit score. A hard credit pull may occur if you proceed to a full loan application, which could have a small, temporary impact on your score. We’ll be clear about what each step involves before you proceed.
What credit score do I need to qualify?
Minimum credit requirements vary by lender and loan product. We work with a financing partner that offers options for a range of credit profiles, not just borrowers with excellent credit. The best way to find out what you qualify for is to check your options, which doesn’t cost anything and won’t affect your score.
How much can I finance?
Loan amounts vary depending on the lender, your credit profile, and the scope of your project. Most residential roofing projects fall within ranges that qualify for standard home improvement financing. We’ll discuss your project and estimated costs upfront, so you know the financing amount you’d need before you apply.
When do I make my first payment?
Payment terms vary by lender and the specific loan product you’re offered. Some financing options include a deferred payment period; others begin repayment the following month after funding. The terms will be clearly disclosed before you sign anything, and we’ll make sure you understand the full cost and timeline before the project begins.
What if I’m not approved?
If you’re not approved for financing, we’ll work with you to explore other options, including phasing the work, prioritizing the most urgent repairs first, or discussing alternative approaches that fit your current budget. We won’t recommend work you can’t afford to do properly, and we won’t leave you without a path forward.
Questions About Your Home Project?
Whether you need help understanding coverage, filing a claim, or you want to know what warranties would apply to a new project, give us a call. We’ll always give you a straight answer.
