This multifamily duplex in Coeur d’Alene had a 27 year old architectural roof that was deteriorating rapidly. The customer opted for roof replacement rather than repair it for a short period of time.
The roof was brought up to code with ice/water shield and synthetic underlayment. All of the pipe flashings and vents were replaced. Malarkey Highlander shingles in midnight black were installed.
This two day project turned out beautifully and the customer was so thrilled they sent two additional projects to be completed as soon as possible.
