We recently assessed this Coeur d’Alene roof to determine if Roof Maxx roof restoration was a suitable solution. Our assessment revealed that one slope was leaking. However, we determined that with roof repairs and a Roof Maxx restoration, the life of the roof could be significantly extended.
As part of the restoration process, we applied an ice/water shield on the low-slope portion of the roof before installing the GAF Grand Sequoia shingles. We also cut counter flashing into the chimney to prevent future leaks and installed a new ridge vent to complete the project.
