This beautiful 21 year old custom home in Sandpoint Idaho had a roof with several leaks and significant moss growth. The customer elected for roof replacement rather than repair due to the roof’s age and complexity of the leaks.

Ice and water shield was installed in the valley’s, 6′ up from the eaves, and on the low slope portion beneath the chimney. The customer chose Malarkey Vista AR Shingles in Antique Brown along with the Malarkey Emerald Pro extended Warranty.
