This Dalton Gardens customer elected to replace their 20 year old roof due to accelerated shingle granule loss. The roof was removed and sheathing was in good condition. Ice and water shield was installed over the entirety of the covered porch, as well as six feet up from the eaves and in all valleys. Synthetic underlayment followed the ice/water shield up to the ridge.
Malarkey Vista AR shingles finished the roof in customer-chosen “Natural Wood” color which was a great compliment to the existing light green exterior paint. The roof replacement was completed in one day.
